My readers might remember that I used grey industrial felt for my last project “hub 5” for two feature walls in a cafe/hot desk space in Switzerland. Well, it seems that i29 has taken it a step or two further with creating this office space entirely in grey industrial felt. I do like the tactile look but feel that some color might enhance the impression. Perhaps it will be a bit less sterile with the actual office stuff in?

Really nice chair and production process for the Pod chair unveiled at the Salone Milano 2011 by Benjamin Hubert. Lucky find for myself as I’m currently working on an interior design project where I’m using felt as a wall treatment/sound insulation material.
